Trevor Garner, President
Trevor's passion and talent for the design and build process has been the driving force behind LP Landscape Plus Inc.'s exponential growth over the last fifteen years. He likes nothing better than creating fantastic outdoor living spaces for his clients to enjoy. Trevor has a BA in Communications from Wilfrid Laurier University. He lives in Waterloo with his wife, Julie, daughters, Alysha ,Gwen, and Brooke, and their labrador retriever, Molly. In his spare time, Trevor enjoys golfing and hockey.
Michael Boucher, Operations Manager
Michael started with LP Landscape Plus in 2008 as a crew labourer for summer employment while working towards his degree in Economics at the University of Guelph. Since then he has held different positions within the company and in 2014 became the Operations Manager. When not working Michael enjoys playing hockey, golf & spending time with friends and family.
Tory Greff, Controller
Tory brings six years of Bookkeeping knowledge and over 20 years of office management to the team and is an invaluable asset to the team. When not working, she enjoys living in Guelph with her husband, two kids, two dogs and two cats. When not running after a small child or animal, Tory enjoying running for the fun of it and finding a quiet spot in the backyard to enjoy a book.
Chad Brohman, Project Manager
Chad began as a landscape construction labourer nine years ago and his years of experience combined with completing his Horticutural Technician apprentiship in 2015 has made a huge contributer to the team.
Chad recently bought his first house in Elmira and proposed to his long-time girlfriend Alyssa...she said YES! When not creating beautiful outdoor living spaces, Chad enjoys relaxing outdoors and spending time on his family farm.
Jake Bauman, Project Manager
Jake has been with Landscape Plus for four years and quickly became a project manager after his first full year under the tootalage of Chad Brohman. Enjoying every minute of learning, growing and making the world beautiful, one client at a time.
Jake finished his first year of Landscape Design at Fanshawe College and then decided to move to a more practical setting with a Horticultural Technician apprenticeship which he completed in 2015.
While Jake's heart is in landscaping, his soul will always be in music. When he's not at work you will find him catching a live show, making music of his own or soaking it in, in his own backyard.
Bill Aalders, Property Maintenance Manager
Bill has over 20 years of property maintenance experience. Four years ago Bill and his family moved to Fergus and he joined the Landscape Plus team!
Bill lives with his wife and two children and enjoys camping and travelling.
