Bulk Landscape Material Sales and Delivery – Terms and Conditions
Overview Our refund and return policy lasts 7 days from the date of delivery. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Bulk soil, mulch, gravel, sand, and stone once delivered and unloaded.
- Special order or custom-blended materials.
- Any material that has been mixed with other substances or altered in any way.
Refunds Once your return request is received and reviewed, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, refunds will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within a certain number of days. Any return processing fees, handling charges, or delivery costs will be deducted from the refund amount.
Cancellations and Order Changes
- Orders can be canceled or modified up to 24 hours before the scheduled delivery time.
- If the order is canceled after dispatch, a restocking fee and delivery charge may apply.
- Once the material has been unloaded, cancellations or changes are not permitted.
Late or Missing Refunds If you haven’t received your refund yet:
- Check your bank account.
- Contact your credit card company; it may take some time for the refund to be processed.
- Contact your bank, as there may be additional processing time.

Delivery Terms
- We strive to deliver materials as scheduled, but unforeseen circumstances such as weather, site conditions, or traffic may impact delivery times.
- The delivery location must be accessible, and the customer is responsible for providing clear instructions for unloading.
- We are not liable for damage to driveways, lawns, or other property due to material unloading unless caused by negligence.
Exchanges We only replace materials if they are defective or incorrectly delivered. If you need an exchange, contact us at {email address} within 24 hours of delivery.
Shipping Returns If a return is approved, the customer is responsible for coordinating and covering the cost of return transportation unless the return is due to an error on our part.
